Moira Shire Council

Moira Shire Council is the council for Cobram, Yarrawonga, Numurkah, Nathalia and the farming communities along the Murray River in northern Victoria, home to about 31,000 people. It has no elected councillors: the council was dismissed by an Act of Parliament in March 2023, and a state-appointed Panel of Administrators governs until the October 2028 election.
