Report a problem to the council

Where to report a problem. The council takes reports and requests (roads, footpaths, public toilets, graffiti and more) through its Community Portal, and through the Snap Send Solve app. Reports made outside business hours are actioned on the next working day, so urgent issues should be phoned in.
