Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. The council's CityWatch service takes reports of potholes, damaged footpaths and other issues from a phone or computer, and lets you track your request. The council's online services page lists separate forms for fallen branches, graffiti, dumped rubbish, missed bin collections and more. The after-hours number is the same as the main line.
