Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. The council has an online portal for issues and requests, and its toll-free number, 1800 065 993, also takes after-hours emergency calls (follow the prompts). Freeways and arterial roads, such as the Hume and Goulburn Valley freeways, are the state's responsibility, not the council's. In an emergency, call 000.
