Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. The council takes reports through its online My Council portal or by phone on 9243 8888. It says online requests are received and actioned during business hours only (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm); for urgent issues outside those hours, call 9243 8888, which diverts to its after-hours service.
