Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. The council's 'Request service or report an issue' page links an online form for each type of request, and gives you a request number to track it. Online requests are checked during business hours, Monday to Friday. For an emergency at any time, such as a road hazard, flooding or a fallen tree, call 1300 88 22 33.
