Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. The council's Report page links to a page or form for each issue. For anything urgent, the council asks you to phone 9840 9333. The council also points residents to the Snap Send Solve app for reporting issues.

Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000. The report pages were checked on the council's site as archived in January 2026.
