Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. The council takes reports of things that are broken, missing or need attention through a Snap Send Solve form on its Contact Us page. For urgent safety matters, such as dangerous animals, flooding or blocked roads, phone the council: after hours, its service passes urgent health and safety issues to the officer on duty.

- (03) 8571 1000Phone lines are staffed 8.30am–5pm, Monday to Friday. After hours, urgent health and safety issues (dangerous animals, flooding, blocked roads, urgent repairs to council buildings) are passed to the officer on duty; other matters are handled in business hours.Call →
