Report a problem to the council
Casey's own 'Report an issue' page sends most problems, such as trees, playgrounds, animals, dumped rubbish, roads and drainage, through Snap Send Solve. Missed and damaged bins have their own council forms. For anything urgent, phone the council.

- Council online formWait until after 4 pm on collection day before reporting. If you report within 48 hours of the scheduled day, the council says it will collect the bin within one business day.Report a bin issue →
- Damaged or missing bin
- Free repair or replacementLeave the emptied bin on the nature strip. The council says it repairs or replaces bins within three business days.Report a damaged bin →
