Report a problem to the council
Requests and issues go through the council's online portal, where you can track your ticket and get updates. Urgent or emergency works should be phoned in: (03) 5398 0100 in business hours, or the after-hours emergency numbers below. The council also accepts reports through the Snap Send Solve app for non-urgent matters.

- Missed collection: Wimmera Mallee Waste Management, (03) 9021 4498New services and replacement bins are requested through the council's online form (replacements are at the ratepayer's cost).
