The council's stated direction
Wollondilly's direction is set out in Wollondilly 2040 (its Community Strategic Plan), a Delivery Program 2025/26–2028/29 and an annual Operational Plan, backed by a record $217.6M four-year capital works program.
The council manages a large rural road network, waste, libraries, recreation and planning across a fast-growing shire on Sydney's south-western fringe. Its Delivery Program is the elected council's statement of commitment for its term.
