The council's stated direction
Wingecarribee's plans are set out in its Community Strategic Plan (Wingecarribee 2035), a Delivery Program 2025–2029 and an annual Operational Plan 2025/2026, backed by a Resourcing Strategy.
The council delivers services across roads and infrastructure, water and sewer, waste, parks and natural areas, libraries and community facilities, and planning. Its Delivery Program is the elected council's statement of commitment for its term.
The Operational Plan 2025/26 funds a capital works program of about $88M (more than $367M over four years) across roads, footpaths, and water and sewer assets.
