Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. Most reports go through the council's online customer portal. Main roads, freeways and highways are VicRoads' responsibility, and street lights are AusNet's. For anything urgent, phone the council.

- Report within 2 business daysBy 5pm on the second business day after your bin day, online, by phone or in person. The council checks the truck's video footage before sending a truck back.Report a missed bin →
