Report a problem to the council
Council service requests go through its online request portal, which covers unsealed road grading, drainage and culverts, signs, footpaths, parks and reserves, overgrown vegetation, bins, local laws and animals. If there is an immediate risk to people or property, phone 13 99 72 — after hours, call the same number and follow the prompts. Since 1 July 2026 the state-managed arterial roads in the Shire are maintained by the Department of Transport and Planning, not the council.

For urgent hazards call rather than using the portal. The council's Roads and infrastructure page still describes the council as holding the maintenance contract for main roads; the council's 30 June 2026 news release says that arrangement ended on 1 July 2026. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app.
