Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. The council takes reports and requests through its online customer request system, by phone and by email, and you can track a request you've already made. Some main roads in the area are managed by the state, not the council, and some problems belong to other organisations, such as AusNet for power faults and North East Water for burst water mains.
