Report a problem to the council
The quickest way to get something fixed — a pothole on a gravel road, a fallen tree, dumped rubbish, a missed bin — is the council's online "Report an Issue" form, which logs a customer request. Across a shire this size the council also runs a live works-and-closures map and a disaster dashboard, both worth checking before you drive out to Bigga, Tuena or Golspie. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.
