Report a problem to the council
For local roads, parks, council buildings and bins, contact the council's customer service team by phone or email, use the service request form on its Report a problem page, or use Snap Send Solve — the council says reports made through the app go directly to it. Many of the Shire's main roads and main streets are state roads, not council roads.

- Damaged lids, extra or upgraded bins — call customer serviceThe council's bins page asks residents to call 1300 365 222 for damaged lids, additional bins or service upgrades. We did not find a separate missed-bin form (checked September 2026).
