Where to report a problem. The council takes reports through an online form and by phone. For anything urgent, the council asks you to call; outside business hours there is a separate number for emergencies only. Some main roads are managed by the state, not the council.

Roads
Council roads: online form or phoneThe council maintains local roads — over 3,900 km, it says. The Department of Transport and Planning manages arterial roads, including the Murray Valley Highway (Campbell and Curlewis Streets, Swan Hill; Bromley Road, Robinvale), the Mallee Highway, McCallum Street (Sea Lake–Swan Hill Road) and the Donald–Swan Hill, Robinvale–Sea Lake, Hattah–Robinvale and Tooleybuc roads.
