The council's stated direction

Randwick's direction is set out in its Community Strategic Plan 2025–35 ('A sense of community'), a Delivery Program 2025–29 and an annual Operational Plan — the 2025–26 Operational Plan commits $46.8 million to priority projects and services, up $4.7 million on the prior year's capital program.

The council delivers roads, waste, libraries, beaches and coastal facilities, parks, planning and environment programs across the Eastern Suburbs, alongside a suite of informing strategies covering the environment, housing, transport, open space and economic development. Its Delivery Program is the elected council's statement of commitment for its term.

The 2025–26 Operational Plan and Budget funds $46.8 million in priority projects and services, including coastal protection and beach amenity works alongside core infrastructure renewal.
