Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. Most reports go through My Port Phillip, the council's online request system, which sends them to the team responsible. You can also phone the council's ASSIST contact centre. The council also points residents to the Snap Send Solve app.

Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000. The council's pages were read from archived copies (May–July 2026) because its website refused our requests in September 2026.
