Report a problem to the council

The quickest way to get something fixed — a pothole, dumped rubbish, a missed bin — is to lodge it through the council's official channel. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.

Report to the council (official)
Customer service: (02) 4732 7777, or the my.penrith.city online portalRegister or sign in to lodge and track a request — covers bins, roads, footpaths, parking, animals and more.

One app for any council
Snap Send SolveAn independent app that routes your report to the responsible council. Not run by the council.
Not always the council's job
Faulty street lights → Endeavour EnergyThe council maintains the pole; the energy provider fixes the light itself.
Genuine emergency
Call 000For life-threatening or urgent safety hazards, don't wait for an online form. Council also publishes a Disaster Dashboard for flood/storm updates.

Council's published contact channel is customer service during business hours plus the online portal; we could not find a separate after-hours hazard line on the council's site — for genuine emergencies call 000. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app (not run by the council) that routes your report to the responsible authority.
