Report a problem to the council
The quickest way to get something fixed in Narrandera Shire — a pothole on a shire road, a water leak, dumped rubbish, a stray animal — is to contact the council directly. Council's contact page says online submission options are being rolled out alongside a new community engagement app; until those are live, reporting is by phone, email or in person at 141 East Street. Narrandera also publishes separate after-hours numbers for different services, which is worth knowing before you need one. Goldenfields Water County Council supplies water to Barellan, Binya, Grong Grong, Kamarah and Moombooldool on 1800 800 917; council supplies water and sewer in Narrandera itself.
