Report a problem to the council
Murrumbidgee Council maintains a very large road network across almost 7,000 square kilometres, so most of what residents report — potholes, drainage, signage, parks, dumped rubbish, missed bins — comes to the same place. Below is where to lodge it, who to ring after hours in each town, and the one thing in your street that is usually not the council's to fix.

- 1300 676 243Customer service is available 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (offices close for lunch 12pm–1pm). Council asks that urgent issues needing immediate action be phoned through rather than submitted on the form.
- After hours (council emergencies only)
