Report a problem to the council

The quickest way to get something fixed — a pothole, dumped rubbish, a missed bin — is to lodge it through the council's official channel. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.

One app for any council
Snap Send SolveAn independent app that routes your report to the responsible council. Not run by the council.
Not always the council's job
Faulty street lights → electricity network operatorIn this region the distributor is Essential Energy; the council maintains the pole in some cases, but the network operator fixes the light itself.

For urgent safety hazards, call rather than filling in a form. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app (not run by the council) that routes your report to the responsible authority.
