Report a problem to the council
The council's online 'Request a service' page is an embedded Snap Send Solve form. You can also call 1300 656 564 in business hours, email the council, or visit the Port Fairy or Mortlake office. For urgent problems outside business hours, the same number connects you to an on-call officer. The council says messages on its social media pages may not be seen, so use one of these channels instead.
