Report a problem to the council

The council's 'Report' page sorts online forms by category: animals and pets, environment, local laws, parking, public health and safety, rates and property, roads and paths, and waste and bins. Online requests are monitored on weekdays, 8.30am–5pm. For anything urgent, phone the council; after hours, choose option 1 for emergencies.

Missed bin
Online, by email, by phone or in personYour bin must have been out by 6am on collection day. The contractor checks truck camera footage. Leave the bin out until it is emptied (generally within 2–3 business days) or the council contacts you. A bin that wasn't put out in time isn't collected again.Report a missed bin →
