Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. The council takes non-urgent reports online through its Report It form and the My Mitchell app. It asks you to report urgent issues or incidents straight away by phone on 03 5734 6200, which is answered at all hours.

Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000. The report links come from the council's pages as checked in September 2026 and its contact page as archived in April 2026.
