Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. The council's report page links to an online form for each issue, run on its eServices website. After you submit, you get a request number to follow up. The main phone line is answered 24 hours a day and takes after-hours emergencies.
How to report it

- Bin request form, or (03) 9240 1111Bins are generally collected before midday, so wait until after midday before reporting a missed bin. Once reported, leave it on the kerb: the council aims to collect it within two business days.Report a missed bin →

The council's online forms run on its eServices website, which still uses the council's former moreland.vic.gov.au address. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000.
