Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. Most requests go through MyMaribyrnong, the council's online request system. You can create an account to track your request, or submit as a guest. You can also phone. For urgent matters outside office hours, the same number reaches the council's after-hours service.

- Bin not emptied, lost, stolen or damaged
- Bin service request formsReport a missed collection within 48 hours of the scheduled collection. Bin repairs are free and generally done within two working days. Residents of complexes with more than 10 dwellings go through their owners corporation or building manager.Bin requests →
