Report a problem to the council
The council's 'Report an issue' page links to an online form or page for each kind of problem. Requests lodged after hours are handled the next working day. For urgent problems, such as a tree over a road, a dangerous dog or livestock on the road, the council asks you to phone. Its main number is answered 24 hours a day.
