Report a problem to the council

The quickest way to get something fixed — a pothole, dumped rubbish, a missed bin — is to lodge it through the council's official channel. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.

Report to the council (official)
"Report a Concern" online form, or (02) 6953 0911The form covers roads, footpaths, drainage, parks, waste/recycling, animals, public health and more. Council's main phone line is answered 24/7, including after-hours emergencies.
Missed bin
Same form, or (02) 6953 0911Must be reported within 24 hours of your regular collection day.
One app for any council
Snap Send SolveAn independent app that routes your report to the responsible council. Not run by the council.
Not always the council's job
Faulty street lights → Essential EnergyEssential Energy is the electricity distributor for the Riverina/Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area; it maintains and repairs the street-light network.

For urgent safety hazards, call rather than filling in a form. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app (not run by the council) that routes your report to the responsible authority.
