Report a problem to the council

Not always the council's job
Faulty street lights → Essential EnergyStreet lighting in the South West Slopes is on the Essential Energy network; the network operator fixes the light itself.

For urgent safety hazards, call rather than filling in a form. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app (not run by the council) that routes your report to the responsible authority.
