Report a problem to the council

The council takes reports about its services and assets through an online service request portal, which gives you a reference number to track your request. You can also phone customer service. For after-hours emergencies it has two separate numbers: one for animals, one for everything else.

How to report it

Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. The council's request portal is hosted on a third-party platform (Knack).
