Where to report a problem. The council's online 'Request or report' selector routes your report to the right team. For urgent problems with council property or services outside business hours, phone the main number and your call goes to the council's out-of-hours service.

One app for any council
Snap Send SolveAn independent app that sends your report to the responsible council or authority. It isn't run by the council, and the council says it can't guarantee to act on reports that reach it through third-party apps if they are misaddressed or incomplete. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. The council's contact page says it cannot guarantee to action requests from third-party forms and apps, and it encourages you to use its own form or phone line.
