Report a problem to the council
Glen Innes Severn does not publish a single all-purpose online reporting form; most reports go by phone or email to the Town Hall administration office at 265 Grey Street, and there are separate after-hours mobile numbers for each emergency service the council runs. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.
How to report it
- Report to the council (official)
- (02) 6730 2300 or council@gisc.nsw.gov.auThe Town Hall Administration Office, 265 Grey Street, Glen Innes, is open 8.30am–4.30pm Monday to Friday.

- (02) 6730 2300Bins must be out the night before collection day — council states it is not required to return if a bin was not out in time. A Garbage Service Application form is used for a new or replacement bin and is returned to the Town Hall office; fees may apply.
- One app for any council

- Not always the council's job
- Faulty street lights → Essential EnergyEssential Energy is the electricity distributor for regional NSW including the New England tablelands; it maintains and repairs the street-light network.
