The council doesn't publish a suburb list, so we built this one from the official Vicmap locality boundaries, intersected with the council boundary. Thirteen localities are entirely or almost entirely (over 99%) inside Glen Eira. About 42% of St Kilda East is in Glen Eira; the rest is in the City of Port Phillip. A sliver of Brighton East (about 2%) is also inside the boundary and isn't listed. Postcodes come from the CSA's suburb and postcode table for Glen Eira.
