Report a problem to the council
The quickest way to get something fixed in Gilgandra, Tooraweenah, Armatree or out on the shire's rural roads is to lodge it through Council's official channel. Council takes reports through a single Online Request form and through its customer service line; after hours, the same number takes emergency calls and routes you through a prompt menu. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.
