Report a problem to the council
Where to report each kind of problem. The council's 'Report an issue' page links an online form for each common issue. The council says it generally investigates and carries out any maintenance or repairs within 5 working days. Not every road is the council's: many arterial roads and highways are managed by the Department of Transport, so check the council's road responsibility map first.
