Report a problem to the council
Most problems go through the council's online Customer Request form, by phone on 03 5593 7100, by email or in person at the Civic Centre in Camperdown. The council says requests are passed to the relevant department. If there is a risk to the safety of people or property, it asks you to phone rather than use the form.
