Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. Use the council's online Submit a Request form for anything that isn't urgent. Urgent issues go to the council's phone line, which is answered 24 hours a day. Some main roads in the shire, including the Great Ocean Road, are managed by the state, not the council.

- Dumped rubbish

- State-managed roads
- Transport Victoria, 131 170The Department of Transport and Planning manages the arterial roads, including the Great Ocean Road, Princes Highway, Colac–Lavers Hill Road, Forrest–Apollo Bay Road and Skenes Creek Road.
