Report a problem to the council
Carrathool Shire Council does not run a self-service 'report a problem' portal with tracking numbers. In business hours you report through the online contact form on Council's website or by phoning the Goolgowi Council Chambers or the Hillston District Office. Outside office hours Council publishes separate emergency numbers for roads and for each town's water and sewer network — those are the ones to use for a hazard that cannot wait.

For urgent safety hazards, phone rather than using the online form — the form is monitored in office hours. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app (not run by the council) that routes your report to the responsible authority. Bally Rogan Bridge on the Lachlan Valley Way is a WaterNSW project, not a council road project — questions about it go to WaterNSW.
