- Customer service centres
- Kyabram, Rochester, Rushworth and TongalaKyabram (19 Lake Road): Monday to Friday 8.30am–5pm, with a VicRoads service desk until 4.30pm. Rochester (43–45 Mackay Street): Tuesday to Friday 8.30am–4.30pm. Rushworth (33 High Street): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am–4.30pm. Tongala (37 Mangan Street): Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am–4.30pm. Rochester, Rushworth and Tongala close from 12 noon to 1pm. All centres close on public holidays.
