Report a problem to the council

The quickest way to get something fixed — a pothole, dumped rubbish, a missed bin, illegal camping — is to lodge it through the council's official channel. Below is where to report each type of issue, plus an independent app that works for any council.

Faulty street lights → Essential EnergyIn the Northern Rivers, street lighting is on the Essential Energy network; the distributor fixes the light itself.

For urgent safety hazards, call rather than filling in a form. Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app (not run by the council) that routes your report to the responsible authority.
