Report a problem to the council

Where to report a problem. The council has a 'Report a problem' form on its contact page, and its phone line, 03 5760 2600, is answered 24 hours a day for urgent requests. Highways and main roads in the area — including the Hume Freeway and the Midland Highway — are managed by the state, not the council. In an emergency, call 000.
