Waste & recycling
When your bins go out, and how Bellingen Shire handles recycling and waste across the Shire. Council runs a three-bin kerbside service (general waste, recycling and food-and-garden organics/FOGO) to households paying the Domestic Waste Management Charge, alongside waste management centres for drop-off. We could not confirm the exact collection-day frequency for each bin from public sources (the council's site blocks automated access), so use the official Kerbside Collection Calendar linked below to check your own collection day and frequency.
