Report a problem to the council

Where to report each kind of problem. The council's contact page lists an online form for each type of request — roads, pathways, drains, trees, parks, animals, parking, dumped rubbish and more. You can also phone or email the council. Missed and damaged bins go to the council's bin contractor, not the council.

Snap Send Solve is an independent third-party app, not run by the council. In a life-threatening emergency, call 000. The council's contact page was read from an archived copy (September 2026) because its website refused our automated requests; the bin contractor's details come from the council's kerbside page and 2026–27 bin calendar.
