Report a problem to the council
Where to report a problem. Ararat Rural City Council takes requests through Snap Send Solve — its contact page and road-maintenance page both link there — and by phone on 03 5355 0200, which also connects to the council's after-hours service. Highways and main roads are managed by the state (VicRoads), not the council.
